Yes, we do need a referral from a physician for all medical skin conditions (e.g. skin cancer, mole check, warts, acne, rosacea). Cosmetic skin concerns do not require a referral; please call or email info@sagedermatology.ca to book an appointment.
If the reason for consultation is medical, the consultation is covered by OHIP.
You may cancel your appointment by contacting our office by email or phone. Please let us know as soon as possible, as there may be a no-show fee if your appointment is not cancelled at least 3 days prior to the date of your appointment.

Our team has carefully picked out a selection of specific products that are hypoallergenic, irritant-free, and evidence-based. Each product may have certain active ingredients that have a specific role in targeting your medical or cosmetic needs.
We do accept University Health Insurance Plan (UHIP). For non-OHIP services, you will receive an invoice from our clinic which you can then submit to your work insurance or Health Spending Account (HSA), if appropriate.
There is an underground parking space on site. The entrance to parking is located on Gloucester Street. There are also plenty of independently operated metered parking lots and street parking near the area.
